Overall it is not bad, Time Warner really has to go bad bad service! they do need to add another trash dumpster because on the weekends trash gets very full and people leave their trash on the side which brings roaches etc. the walls are thin and you can hear everything but overall the floor are nice and you have a washer and dryer in your apartment.
For these new apartments the office staff is constantly changing. The staff is NEVER in the office to help people. When rent is due they are still not in the office. The walls are paper thin and rent is overpriced. I would not recommend anyone to live here due to the lack of help in the office.
