We had some water leaking in a pipe at Emerald Woods Apartments in Knoxville. Richard came when we called in the ticket, knew exactly what the issue was, and fixed it within 5 minutes! But, that's usually how it is. Emerald Woods has the best staff I have ever encountered in the many apartments I lived in. 5 STARS!
Richard did a great job helping fix our leak and was very polite!
