Caroline in the leasing office was amazing! The day of our tour, we finished our prior appointment early and when we called to see if she could get us in early, she was able to accommodate us easily. She took us through 3 different floor plans as we walked through the community. When I had some issues trying to complete our application on my phone, she helped me figure out what the issue was so I could complete the application. The staff here really seem to try and make residents happy and go out of their way to fix any issues that come up quickly. We recently had a problem with our air conditioner and although it was the weekend they sent someone out that very day. Richard, the head of maintenance has also gone out of his way to be friendly and to make sure any issue is dealt with promptly. He even came in on his off day on a weekend to fix an issue for us.
Richard was very helpful and attentive with fixing our light in the apartment!! He is always nice and will speak when in the area. He was also very helpful assisting myself and my dad moving my stuff in. Thank you for all you do!!!
The maintanence staff is professional and friendly and always gets there the same day when issues are posted.
