Edit: I will be reporting Emerald Woods to the BBB and HUD and further legal action will be taken about their questionable business practices.

They're scamming their renters, they lied to us about our application and told us 3 different stories, nothing is matching up. Them when asked to provide the proof they couldn't, so just be aware they're scamming for applications funds and then will come back and lie.

Maintenance Team - Richard and Jason are the absolute best!! In addition to the fantastic job they do in keeping our home in top condition, addressing all issues in a very timely manner, they go out of their way to help in all aspects of living in this community. Today in particular; I was trying to track down a lost package and Richard offered to go to the rental office and retrieve and deliver it to me! What an awesome team, just can’t say enough!!
