What a scam complex. They take your money every month but dont really care if the apt. was falling off on you they still wont try to fix things in there. They should ban giving shitty apartment complexes the name "villas". Its misleading and completely dishonest.

I had a horrible stay at the villas. The management office is run by a completely unprofessional woman with a horrible attitude. The lack of decent treatment to the complex residents made me decide to look for another place to live. Ive heard too many complaints from several other residents. Do NOT rent at the Villas at Emerald Park!
