Living at Villa at Dolphin Bay Apartments was nothing but frustrating. The management is extremely disorganized, and communication is practically nonexistent. Important information is never shared, and they fail to follow their own lease terms or provide proper notice for anything. The worst part is their billing practices. They will send you to collections over something as small as $20 without ever notifying you, which is completely unacceptable and shows how poorly the office is run. I came by for a tour and absolutely loved the property. It was very clean and well maintained, which immediately stood out. The ladies in the office were welcoming, attentive, and took their time showing me around and answering my questions. The indoor pool and spa are a huge bonus for me—especially since the pool is heated and open year-round. Overall, it left a great impression and is definitely a place I’d consider calling home.

n Staff & Management are great! Parking is a little tight but in my experience most apartment complexes deal with this & if i'm going to complain i might as well buy a home. Makes sense right? I loved living here. Over all a great place to live!
