I moved to Carson from Houston texas about 6 months ago and these apartments are beyond my expectations. I love the area the apartments itself are clean and well maintained. The gym and the indoor pool is amazing I can do my daily workout with the equipment provided and I can enjoy a a little cardio afterwards in the pool.
I’m currently looking to move soon and happened to be driving by the property, so I decided to stop in and ask for some information. The girls in the office were very friendly and helpful, and they even took the time to show me around the community. I was especially impressed with the fitness center — it had all brand-new equipment and looked really well maintained. My first impression was very positive, and I’m definitely considering this property as a future home!
Nothing luxurious about these apartments. The office is rarely open, especially when rent is due. Parking is an absolute crisis. Many apartments with 3+ vehicles parked. Some with broken down cars parked for months at a time. Tried to email my concerns, shocker, email bounced back. Service requests go unanswered. Dog areas covered in dog poop. Dog poop on sidewalks. The hot tub is always so gross or broken. Anytime I go into the office, I'm made to feel like I'm inconveniencing them.
Does anyone actually work here? Calls never get answered, and messages never get returned
Safe place to live. Good neighbors but parking is a bit of a gamble. I wish there were less garages and more parking spaces as the garages seemed to be used more as storage then actual parking.
