DO NOT LIVE HERE just moved out and it was the worst first apartment ever. Management lady in the office is the only good part. We had Black Mold, mice, and roaches everywhere the bathroom and the kitchen when we told maintenance that the sink was leaking and there was mold does he have mold remover he said no? you clean it. and left. Most cabinets were unusable due to mold and had to pull out the dishwasher to free mice stuck in live traps after hearing horrendous sounds that we had no idea were there among 6 mice skeletons... read more
I've been a resident at Villas at Deer Park for almost a year now, and one of the aspects I appreciate the most is the outstanding maintenance service. Angel and Joanathan from the maintenance team are gifted. They are incredibly responsive, always addressing any issues I report within a very short time frame. Natalie and Sabastian at the leasing office really took time to hear me out and help me get into one of the available units. Customer service was top notch, and sabastian went the extra mile to accommodate me with a unit that has a huge backyard. I am extremely grateful for both of them. Thank you guys.
