This place has swriously degraded ovwr the years management reallu has suffered from what it used to be the property’s maintenance manager or had maintenance guy is honestly One of the Worst, I have seen in my 39 years of life he truly does not care or value his position nor the company and their image. quiet neighborhood, and maintenance and management are very quick and helpful! very safe!
Love the single story units with yards. Feels like a house more than an apartment. Very homey.
I loved it before. But now the management is starting to tighten it up. They closed the water taps at the front and back of the apartment without any warning. And now they made internet and cable mandatory which is gonna be more expensive for us. Liked the previous management more. Best part is the maintainance guys. They are awesome.
