We just moved here about a couple of weeks ago, and Georgia & Lauren has been very helpful with the entire process, going above & beyond. Maintenance has done a good job with responding to service requests. However, the parking is not great. With a smaller community such as this, each unit should have at least one assigned parking spot to help. Leasing process was smooth but all the lies are coming to light. First issue is that we were told all units are sound proof due to the complex being located right off of 295, we hear cars all night long and cops are called monthly over the noise! Second, we were told by Georgia that the hotel next door is NOT an extended stay. This was a very important factor in our decision because of safety, turns out it is an APARTMENT HOTEL!
