Tiffany has been nothing short of amazing. She helped us so much. We were able to get approved and move in soon. This place is very nice and neat. UPDATE: Living here a month and it has been amazing.Lauren has created the most incredible experience here for us. We needed an urgent maintenance request for air and she was able to help us get it resolved same day as well as the other request that were taken care of promptly. Our unit is very spacious and beautiful.
I am going on my third year living here At “the villas at dames point crossing” …Lauren is so far the absolute best Office manager I’ve ever had truly God sent understanding And caring when I first seen the apartments, I fell in love, beautiful spacious, accommodating, staying here is worth your money and to have Lauren in the office is like the icing on the cake I hope she never goes anywhere, the first apartment complex I moved in where I feel comfortable great neighbors quite very clean. Great place to live. ♥️
Lauren & Tiffany have both been sweet, professional, and extremely outstanding. Prompt to answering questions, phone calls and emails, and just overall thorough. I just moved in this past week. I am joyed by the fact that when you bring something to them that needs to be fixed, they fix it right then and there. That has not been my experience at other apartment complexes.
