In my first couple weeks, I had to put in 11 maintenance tickets. It only went downhill from there. 1. My AC broke my first week 2. My toilet kept running and they came by to “fix it” but didn’t. So I had to put in a total of 4 maintenance tickets just for the toilet. 3. My fan didn’t work, that needed replaced 4. My washing machine broke and was eventually replaced. 5. 9/20/2025 - I submitted a maintenance request online for my A/C unit not working. Carlos and Jorge responded to my unit within an hour...came in and successfully repaired and completed my maintenance request to my full satisfaction. Thank you Carlos and Jorge!
Jorge came and fixed our ac issue so fast on a Friday night, thank you!
I made 3 requests for minor services in my apartment. Jorge came the next day and explained and completed all 3 to my satisfaction. I am thoroughly enjoying living here and happy for the prompt and courteous service provided. Will definitely recommend to friends who are looking for a great place to live!
