Never have problems. Very quiet
We lived here for 2 years and the apartment was infested with COCKROACHES! There were attempts to fumigate but the roaches returned quickly - they are in the ceiling, behind cabinets, in the floor boards, in the drawers, everywhere. Management did not reduce rents or provide compensation for the infestation. Furthermore, water damage to the carpeting during the flood was charged to us upon move out!
