I’m very disappointed in the way this community is currently being managed. Since the new community manager took over, there's been a noticeable decline in professionalism and accountability. Unlike the previous manager, who was visible, helpful, and responsive, the current one is rarely on-site especially on Fridays and seems more concerned with appearances than actually solving issues. If you’re looking for a place to call home the villas at colt run it’s not the place to live when I tell you there’s rats there’s roaches the leasing agent. ALEXIS will look at you with a blank stare when you walk in the office as if you have done something to her 95% of the time she’s on her cell phone texting her partner and when you finally do get to talk to the manager, he has a mouth full of food and can’t talk or either he’ll rush you off. They don't fix anything on time, they are strict on the tenants but not with their staff. The maintenance is shady caught him cleaning my tub with a toilet scrubber. Not family friendly apartments they get mad if the kids play on the grass.
