Very poorly managed, they used to be military buildings so at nite it becomes a war zone literally, you know, the usual suspects everywhere. 😂👎
First off I want to say even though this wasn’t my ideal choice of a place to stay but since my children and I began living here the ladies in the office have been more than AMAZING kuddos to all of the ladies in the office with working with me about the rent and they see that I’m trying my hardest to keep up. I will say it does a min for maintenance to come to your place but I’ve never had to wait a month for replaced appliances maybe a couple of days but you just have to stay on them to get it done. I've had issues at these apartments, but every issue I've had they've been willing to fix. The office ladies have been doing a phenomenal job
They get you in quickly, but neglect u at the same time. For almost two yrs I’ve helped and watched my son catch countless mice running in nd out the stove. At one point we caught six in one night on several occasions. Pest control is not helping. They come once month or every other month. He has garbage under his kitchen window that has been there for god knows how long. It caught fire last year and the rubbish is still there. The mice just keeps multiplying.
