I lived in Villa at City Center for two years. Ms. Rosa in the front office is the best property manager that I have ever had. She truly cares about the well-being of the tenants. The complex is pretty quiet, and the staff does well keeping the grounds clean. There is always some type of upgrades happening. Villas is also centrally located near Busch Gardens, Publix and a host of other stores and food spots. Joseph
Good Afternoon i have lived at the villas for about 7 years i love the manager she is the best anytime anthing went wrong i would call and maintance would come out right away they have now upgraded all the apartments and i love it prices went up but they are worth it due to the upgrades the manager is sweet and understanding she will work with you as much as she can so come on out and take a look for yourself don't always beleave what you here and never judge a book by it's cover.
