READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RENTING WITH GAINES INVESTMENT PROPERTIES.. The owners and and management unethical property owners. Lived on property for two years, never late once on rent, and not problematic tenants. They make bogus offers about getting a remodeled apartment then stick you in an apartment that has paint stains on old vinyl in bathrooms and kitchen, warped counters, stains on tub not to mention ant and termite infestation. I moved out of an Apt. in Dec. 2018. i have pictures of ever part of my apartment on the move out date . i moved in the apartment the years before after transferring form a one bedroom to a two bedroom. when i moved into the two bedroom a had many complaints. the first was the heat and air did'nt work properly. a few times they had to bring in a portable that didnt even cool the whole apt so i had to stay in one room in order to keep cool. then the finally decided to replace the unit after about 6 months into the new lease. ... read more
