Sad to say how I feel living here has changed. We love Tommy the maintenance worker he's been great to us the last 4 years. We also have always had a great relationship with the office staff. We miss Kristina and she made this place amazing. However, with the newer office staff I cant say the same. It feels like any other apartment complex run by a big company. There's no communication nor do they care for the residents. Truly sad to see.

I’m a current resident & would definitely say the biggest issue with this place is maintenance. There is no urgency to get tenants issues addressed. Maintenance takes forever to have requests fulfilled in a timely manner, there always seems to be a delay or issue. To carry the name “luxury villas” when they provide sub par care to their apartments and tenants is unfortunate. So think twice before you want to move in here if that’s important for you too!
