Been a resident for almost 3 years. Haven't had any major issues. Had a small issue recently and Tonya explained the matter to me and I was able to understand it better. Sometimes things change and as a resident you just have to talk to management to understand.

I missed my rent payment this month due to a family emergency. My grandmother was hospitalized and placed on life support, and on the 2nd of the month our family had to make the difficult decision to remove her from life support. She passed away shortly afterward that same day. During this time, I was away from my apartment supporting my family. I have been a resident here for two years and have always paid my rent on time. We moved in a few months ago and have loved living here. Management is great and Tommy has been so amazing to work with. We would definitely recommend living here.
