I’m a current resident & would definitely say the biggest issue with this place is maintenance. There is no urgency to get tenants issues addressed. Maintenance takes forever to have requests fulfilled in a timely manner, there always seems to be a delay or issue. To carry the name “luxury villas” when they provide sub par care to their apartments and tenants is unfortunate. So think twice before you want to move in here if that’s important for you too!
No wonder there's no parking. A blue truck sat in the middle of the only lane and put these two cones up when I have seen them in a covered parking spot literally behind where I took this picture....
This is a quiet place and very clean. Yolanda is great to work with and very accommodating. Tommy is maintenance and always willing to help. Recommend The Villas at Chandler Heights. You will not be disappointed.
Yolanda and Tommy are the best. They always take care of me like family. Being disabled and using a wheelchair it’s hard to find places that will help and be supportive, they always go the extra mile to accommodate me. Would recommend this place 10/10 simply because of the management and service tech.
I love living here... Yolanda and Tommy are like family to me. The villas are beautiful and residents are welcoming. Make this place your home. You will be happy with your decision!
