Terrible Management – I had the exact same experience as the reviewer below; the management is AWFUL. My rent has increased by 60% since I moved in 2 years ago (I finally was able to move out recently). They have "lost" packages delivered to the office and won't do anything except say they are not legally responsible, the maintenance is TERRIBLE now, as is the cleanliness of the complex itself- dirty hallways and light fixtures that fell off and broke sitting around for weeks. NO WAY – These apts changed owners and management in late 2010. The new management is TERRIBLE AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Their lease states they need a 60 day notice before the end of the lease of your intent to move. Yet,they did NOT provide me any notice of their 33% rent increase until nearly a week after I had to request the rent proposal letter. By then, it was too late to give a 60 day notice.
