I recently lived there for the past year, I felt very safe there. Any time I called about anything it was fixed, witch wasn't very often. The manager Marilyn was very nice, and went out of her way for me, I would diffenitly move back thier should I go back to Florida. For people whom, don't like anybody liveing over them this is the place. The only thing I miss was it didn't have a pool.
