So I moved here in August, I wanted to really give it time to get to know the residents, landlord Rebecca. This apartment complex is pretty quiet, nicely kept up. The maintenance is very kind, helpful especially gorge. Rebecca goes above and beyond in making you feel welcome, that this complex is a community, on a note from someone who manages in customer service Rebecca has that down pat, my move in was smooth, fast cause of how organized she was. I moved out from apartment 14, it has mold problems.I was told to spray it with bleach , it keeps coming back. After the apartment was empty, show the manager the mold spots, bedrooms, kitchen and living room. I was told I won't be charged for cleaning. Yet, I was charged for cleaning and painting. I tried to communicate with the manager, but in the end, she stopped responding to my emails. Everything happend as it should. The property manager did every thing they could to get us a home in a timely manner. We really enjoy where we are staying and we have the property manager to thank. We are very thankful for the place we have. It's quiet and there's everything available nearby. Coming from someone that lived in Portland Oregon for 15 years. This area is so much better in terms of proximity. We have everything we need within a 10 min drive or a cheap bus ride.
We got the keys ! The apartment is perfect for our little family. Rebecca really went out of her way in helping us move in !
