Parking rules are a little to much
The place isn't bad. Decent price, fairly nice apartments and locations. The food in the area is great and everything you need is close by. However, the other reviewer (HATETHISPLACE) is very right about the noise. There are babies crying, adults and children yelling, dogs barking, and all kinds of other noise all day and often into the night (sometimes as late as 1 or 2 AM). The noise problem is the main reason we're probably going to move.
