Do not send your child to live here!! These are ran down, unsafe, expensive apartments! We should have learned our lesson from last year but our daughter had a roommate issue and ended up moving out of her other apartment and back into the villas with a friend. Last year upon moving in the villas was a complete disaster! No cleaning had been done whatsoever upon move in date. Here we are expecting to have a great day! Dropped customer food off but it seem like an ok place to be
DO NOT APPLY. Be honestly, I don't recommend the Villas, Because it has an expensive fee and small for dorm, also a lot of student have parties at night to next morning. My first day came to dorm, light ball didn't light, no window shutter, dirty carpet, leaking pipe at sink, no filter for air condition and internet doesn't work. My room has woody walls, roommates and neighbors play VERY LOUD music and smoking weeds. Students have pets running in corridor. Only one way you can do it's call campus police. but it doesn't work ... read more
