This place is trash — my car has been backed into on 3 separate occasions during the 1.5 yrs I’ve lived here parked in my designated spot. After the second time, I asked if I can move spots or if they have any cameras for me to take action and they said they do not nor would they move my spot. Well here I am again for the 3rd time getting damages done to my car while the village won’t do anything about it! Garbage responsibility. Pics to come in the AM.

I've lived at Villas at Bair Island for 2 months now. It's beautiful. The staff are responsive and easy to work with and people who live here are welcoming and friendly.

I already move 3 weeks ago and the apartment still smelling to smoked, the manager toll me can do anything for me, and she do not show me the apartment before moving,she toll me she can"t,only show me the model,and, i found so dirty,i when to the urgen care because i was very sick about the smoke ,im still sick but they don"t care,she tol me they pain again and the nex day she toll me no they not pain the apartment and can"t do anyting. I looking some place to move,not recomen this place to live.
Terrible!! Rent"s so too high and staffs in leasing office are so unkind!! Never come back.

Horrible. Bugs everywhere. Trash everywhere. Terrible service. Place is falling apart. Do not move here. Don't do it.
