Ms.Tracey at Villa At Autumn Hills was very professional the moment I walked into leasing office. She explained everything to the fullest. She showed me a 2 bd 2 1/2 bth townhouse, amenities and the property grounds. Very well maintained.
Well, it has been two weeks now since I'm here. I'm loving my upgraded apartment plus my new balcony. From the start Ms Tracey and Ms Rhonda were wonderful. Ms Tracey is very patient no matter how many times I call her even after just hanging up she's very polite and willing to go over what she just told me and never seem bothered by it at all. Mrs. Tracy and Mrs. Rhonda are SO COURTEOUS AND EXUDE SUCH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE AND CONCERN. The property is absolutely amazing and so nice and cozy. Such an awesome tour and experience.
