The customer service was awful and unprofessional. Not courteous or helpful at all.
One of my favorite apartments which is why I will continue renting here. Only downfall is there are a ton of people who speed and my car has almost been hit as well as my son when he’s crossing the street to take the trash out. I don’t blame the complex for that but I hope people can be respectful. Other than that I have no issues with maintenance or my neighbors. I definitely love my building because parking has never been an issue. Thank you all for what you do for us residents!
