Outstanding Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were traveling to Houston late at night and needed help with a tire. Even though the tire shop was already closed, they still went out of their way to help us. They treated us with kindness, respect, and professionalism, even after business hours. We truly appreciate their generosity and willingness to help travelers in need. I went to try to get a couple tires. I’m not sure what the name was of the person that attended to me, but he was pretty dismissive. After telling him the size, he glanced at the stacks of tires for a few seconds and just said they didn’t have any of my size. Seemed more like he just didn’t want to deal with the work, or maybe was having a bad day—who knows. I went to El Paisano’s Tires after and received much better attention and friendliness.
