This was a two part incident. I went to a new doctor to be seen for a severe illness. When I arrived at Dr. Villaroman's office I was informed, that even though I had insurance I would have to pay full price for the visit and that the Dr. Villaroman would repay me once the insurance covered the cost of the visit. Being as sick as I was, I paid the full price of the office visit. Within a few weeks I received notice from my insurance stating that they paid for the visit minus my co-pay.
