This is from Linda's Husband Sam. Our chimney cap had blown off exposing the opening now subject to possible rain damage. Service man Ismael came and inspected the problem and informed me that they don't usually repair chimney caps. I showed him the metal cap that my grandson had rescued from the lawn.
