Just Kicked Elderly Patients to the Curb after 30yrs of loyalty. She referred them all to WelMed in Weslaco at the age of 83 and no licence to drive many of them have no way to get over to the Welmed Referals. Does she care, HELL NO! Red Mercedes Plate Dr. Vee SUCKS and Should Be SUED.
Just got off the phone with my mother. This entire office staff spoke down to my mother, refused to speak to her in English as she preferred. They refused to answer her questions as if thinking she wasn't educated enough to understand them. They refused to listen when she said she wasn't feeling right, and the interactions of all the meds they put her on were almost lethal.
Horrible doctor. Does not care about her patient. She's only there to make money.
If they have medical school courses on BAD BED SIDE MANNER this doctor took everyone of them. Besides being abrupt and narcissistic this practice is also an assembly line (get them in and get them out) volume operation. Can easily tell it is one where the HMO’s are paying her minimum fees for her service and she is making it up on volume. Doctors who sign up with this many HMO‘s and low-cost Cheapest available Insurance providers normally do so because they cannot build a caring and patient retention practice on their own.
