Regret doing business with this company. Unfortunately, once we found a tile I loved we called to finalize our order and they had sold off half of their stock. I ordered remaining 1500 sqft, but was only delivered 900 square feet. I have photo proof of the partial delivery, an incomplete floor job, and reached out to resolve the issue but the business refuses to refund the undelivered amount or rectify the issue. The owner of the store is not trust worthy, I will advise anyone to be careful buying from him. I chose a tile that the guy watched me sent multiple pictures to my daughter and approved. Despite the fact that it was going to cost me more, I told him yes, that was the one I wanted. I made the purchase for $12000.00 in tile cost. Alain went above and beyond—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about his clients. The tile selection is beautiful and high quality, and delivery was perfectly on time.
