Dr. Villanueva is the exact type of Doctor and office I have been looking for for years. Kind, genuine, sweet, reasonable and she gave us a family discount even! Very old school, traditional, comfortable, family run, family centered and homey feeling. Amazing Village doctor vibes. The epitome of a genuine private practice.
Went in Sept, given sample and told that her girl would set up the prescription. After calling every week to set it up, finally after 6 weeks, Dr calls me. States her gal tried to call me to get info, which she did not. This doctor also charges a very high deductible and then you cannot get ahold of anyone. Dr. tried telling me today that after 6 weeks, they needed to see me again, to get another high co pay. DO NOT use this DR!!!!!
Very friendly staff. Very professional. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to get called in.
