Dr. Villanueva will take time to speak with you about any and all of your concerns and treats you with respect and kindness. His office is the only one I've ever been to where the staff feels more like family. Appointments are kept on time unless the occasional delivery puts them behind (and we're talking like 15 minutes, not hours).
