They came and fixed a tile in my bathroom and in the process broke my tile in the shower. They were supposed to come back and fix it. 4 years later nothing. Left many messages but it seems they are always on vacation and can’t return a phone call. A lot of little rushed jobs throughout the house.

I wish I could do a no-star. WORST COMPANY EVER, since day one, issues with their customer service from employees to owners who do not care about your “biggest purchase.” I have an entire album of pictures from paint issues, broken titles, etc. I have not even had four years with the house, and I have to call plenty of plumbers and electricians because they can’t do anything right. Also, the majority of their five-star review are from their own employees and the Villanueva family themselves, so don't rely on positive reviews... read more

Don't buy from them! This construction company it's not worth spending your money with them, we've had so many issues since the first year we moved in our house, we would call and let them know and never did anything about it, we've complained so many times and nothing, they have so many houses that they don't take care of any of them once they finish them, NOW WE HAVE MOLD!!! 2 OF THE ROOMS DONT HAVE ENOUGH AIR THE ROOMS ARE SUPER HOT!!
