Horrible property managers!!! They will take your money and not pay you, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
I was an owner and Villamar handled rental. Longest time I received rent late and then payment for October was deposited and rejected for non sufficient funds, never paid for October or November when I have proof that the renter did pay. Cancelled agreement with Villamar in December since they were not paying me my rent. ******
Former renter. Very unhappy. I had court with him today. (Was sueing for my deposit back) Tony is a liar. My rental experience doesnt much matter but what DOES matter is that he has been ordered since 2013 to stop this business and had his real estate license taken away for ethics violations. Any response by the company will be lies. I am reporting this company and Tony to any and all agencies that I can. I wish zero stars was an option.
My wife and I have been renting from Villamar for the past two years. So far we have not had any issues with management, or the property we are renting. Villamar was the ONLY management company that would rent to us being we have a large dog, NO other real estate, or management company would not rent to us even with renters insurance covering our dog. We are happy and have had no issues, a few times we have been late on our rent and Tony Sr. was kind enough to work with us.
