Terrible service and complete lack of transparency in costs My experience at this clinic has been disappointing. From the moment you walk in, they charge you for absolutely everything without explaining the costs upfront. They performed lab tests in their in-house laboratory without informing me of the price or providing an estimate, and later, I received a surprise bill. Terrible place, very racist with clients, booked an appointment a month in advance and one day before I called to confirm and the lady said there is no appointment and we do not want to serve you and find another provider. Even last year terrible service, no follow ups and very rude.
