Can't get any information about my situation.
In April I scheduled a colonoscopy for July. I never received prep instructions so I called the office twice. Both times I was pointed to the email I hadn't received (yes, I checked spam folder), so they walked through the prep over the phone the second time. I arrived on time having completed the 3-day prep. After 10 days in the hospital with excruciating abdominal pain. Dr. Villa Gómez ordered a test and voila! a diagnosis! She was able to get to the bottom of my medical issue when nobody else could.
MEAN RUDE DISMISSIVE STUBBORN! after 3 YEARS of wasting my time with this woman i am over it. She didnt even bother to read hospital reports before I got there. Just 'assumes' its the same thing, time after time so she instantly stops listening & starts looking for sample meds to toss at me. I literally passed out throwing up blood IN her office & had 911 show up. When they asked her what had been going on with me she couldnt answer because she didnt even read why i was there, let alone er rpts.
