Mike is an awesome maintenance man. His work is reliable and he is personable. We appreciate all he does for us.
I love calling Villagio “home”. The property is clean & quiet. The on-site maintenance man, Michael, is fast to address any problems. The on-site manager, Keisha, is friendly & knowledgeable.
I had my oven and water heater go out at the same time this weekend and even though Monday was a holiday the front office was quick to respond. The maintenance staff was in my home checking on everything right away in the morning and letting me know that everything was going to have to be replaced. It took one day and everyone sprung into action! I had someone coming and installing a stove, a plumber welding, everyone was friendly and clean which is super important to me. I am a new renter, and I am very pleased with the move in process. The apartment and complex is relatively clean and quiet. Maggie is a very effective property manager - she is very responsive and always helpful. Update: Changing review to two stars. After 2 years of living here, I underwent the moveout process under a different property manager. She was not truthful about two things: 1.
