I love calling Villagio “home”. The property is clean & quiet. The on-site maintenance man, Michael, is fast to address any problems. The on-site manager, Keisha, is friendly & knowledgeable.
I had my oven and water heater go out at the same time this weekend and even though Monday was a holiday the front office was quick to respond. The maintenance staff was in my home checking on everything right away in the morning and letting me know that everything was going to have to be replaced. It took one day and everyone sprung into action! I had someone coming and installing a stove, a plumber welding, everyone was friendly and clean which is super important to me. I am a new renter, and I am very pleased with the move in process. The apartment and complex is relatively clean and quiet. Maggie is a very effective property manager - she is very responsive and always helpful. Update: Changing review to two stars. After 2 years of living here, I underwent the moveout process under a different property manager. She was not truthful about two things: 1. She told me the cleaning fee was prorated based on how long I was renting the apartment 2. She said she would schedule the inspection and t... read more
We moved here a few months ago and love it it’s quiet and everyone seems friendly
I have nothing but nice things to say about here. Kecia the manager has been so kind since day one. She has gone above and beyond for anything needed. Every time I’ve spoken to her about something she has been on top of getting it taken care of in a very timely manner and is so friendly and kind. Mike in maintenance is awesome. He has fixed anything I brought up so quick and I always see him working hard on keeping up the appearance of the complex. Truly happy with this place! Thanks for all you guys do!
