Villagio is a gem of a place! The complex is well maintained, serene, and safe. The property manager, Kecia, responds promptly to questions or concerns, and works hard to ensure residents will feel proud to call Villagio home.
We have been here for a couple months now and i absolutely love it here this is our first apartment and going through the whole process was easy thanks to Kecia for helping us with everything she’s absolutely amazing, she also does things for the kids and I absolutely love that… she’s quick to get back to us if we ever need anything! Micheal is our maintenance guy and he helps when we need something replaced in our home he does an amazing job.

I have lived here for quite some time. It is quiet, the grounds are clean, and there have been upgrades since living here (laundry facility changed to gym, and laundry added to each apartment!) (BBQs added to pool area) the office manager position sees some turn-over, there have been a few different ones over the years, (I don’t even know the current one’s name) but the one happy constant is Maintenance man Michael. He is helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. (My cat hates EVERYONE, but he looooves Michael!)
