Mold, cockroaches, ants, cops and ambulances getting called every other week. They just paint over shit and call it a day. Termite damage and messed up cabinets. Maintenance takes forever, light in basement for laundry hasn’t worked in months, scary and dank storage and laundry area. Went to the office a bunch of times, wont take anything off our lease or let us out of here even though conditions are disgusting. Sad yall letting people live like this and charging a an attitude. The administration is terrible!!!! I live in 7746 England Dr, Apt202 I have a week that my air conditioning does not work and they have not come to repair it!! How is it possible with this heat that they don’t give importance to repairing my air. My son and I have not been able to sleep or be in our home!! Please if you planning to get a apapartment hereee it will your worst detition!!!

Este lugar es terrible infestado de chinches ratas y por si fuera poco ac no finciona. Los de mantenimiento ni existen. Y algunos de los edificios se estan hundiendo literalmente .
