These apartments are disgusting, infested with cockroaches and mice, they don't clean, the mailboxes don't work, the shower pipes are broken 🤬, and yet they charge you the rent 15 days before it's due and the management is terrible.. I'm looking for somewhere else to move because this is unbearable.
WORST apartments you could ever move into. INHABITABLE. Susan H. the current property manager is not fit for the job. They lie about dishwasher and central AC. They allowed me (a young female without protection) to live without a closing front door for months. They do not supply filters for your furnace or AC if you have one. I discovered mold in my return vents, discovered there was no filter, and they lied saying they “fixed the issue”. Susan has anger tolerance issues and is not fit to communicate with society. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. Rent is too high, the management staff dehumanizes you, constant cockroach problem, cops in and out frequently. Oh and did I mention the apartment complex staff is rude, incompetent, and breaks the law? Do not live here. They do not respect you as a human, even if you pay rent early / on time and cause no problems.
Mold, cockroaches, ants, cops and ambulances getting called every other week. They just paint over shit and call it a day. Termite damage and messed up cabinets. Maintenance takes forever, light in basement for laundry hasn’t worked in months, scary and dank storage and laundry area. The administration is terrible!!!! I live in 7746 England Dr, Apt202 I have a week that my air conditioning does not work and they have not come to repair it!! How is it possible with this heat that they don’t give importance to repairing my air. My son and I have not been able to sleep or be in our home!! Please if you planning to get a apapartment hereee it will your worst detition!!!
