I lost a crown, it just popped off. I called early and received a appointment for between 0900 and 0930. When I got there they took me right in. They replaced the crown ( I had it with me) and it was all finished in about an hour. Pleasant, quick, professional service. My husband and I both then signed up for the dental plan offered there. Who knows when you may need it?
The assistants at this dental office are the best. Doris is my favorite, but I have never had a bad experience and I have had quite a few appointments. Dr. G'Sell is always in the best mood and explains all procedures in great detail. He is never too busy to answer all my many questions. Ryan - now he is super! Absolutely Amazing! Everything about this practice is phenomenal. Relaxing, comfortable, caring, personable, engaging are just a few ways to describe the atmosphere and the staff and the doctors. I actually look forward to my dentist appointments.. I have never been able to use any of these words to describe a dentist practice in my 58 years.
I went in to get my lower denture adjusted, because it was rubbing on my gum. The technician worked with me for quite awhile trying to get it right, even though there was no extra payment for the service. She was very helpful and friendly, and gave me advice about what to do to care for my gum when I got home. The denture felt good the rest of today when I was eating my meals.
I just saw Dr. Chris, Dorothy and the rest of the staff when I got a filling put in. Yesterday I called and they got me right in. So far they have done a great job with my dental needs to include extractions, cleaning,filling, tooth build up and a top plus lower partial. Dr. Chris covers all the options without a critical but a caring truful attitude. Doris and the rest of the staff take the time needed and their kindness is outstanding. Dental Spa is a very professional dental office with family atmosphere! Dr. Rose and staff make you feel like family! I have been completely satisfied and I'm usually not comfortable at the dentist because of past experiences at other dental offices!👍

I have visited 10 different dental practices in Sumner County and this practice was the fastest of them all. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
i was happy with Dr. Harrison or Dr. H, I appreciate how Dr. H is warm and makes you feel comfortable and doesn't pressure you to get your teeth fixed right a way. they took my X-rays showed me the problems with my teeth. Dr. H and his assistant cleaned my teeth with no pain and made me aware of my cavities and cracks on my fillings. Dr. H told me that they would call me to talk about what I felt needed to be done first on my teeth.
