We thoroughly enjoyed viewing the available homes today and we are super excited to see what the future holds. When we arrived an agent wasn’t on site for the model homes and with one call Caroline had an agent to us within 20 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and it was a joy to see the children safely navigate to the ice cream truck.

D.R Horton is one of the most awful companies. Go look it up, there are loads of issues with their builds and lawsuits regarding them. Furthermore, they subcontract out the HOA to random companies. But, ultimately D.R Horton sets the rules regarding the HOA. So, if you have any issues with rental properties with tenants, then good luck. This leads me to my biggest concern is rental properties in the neighborhood. D.R Horton doesn’t care if tenants damage your property.
