Excellent experience and a beautiful new home. The entire team was outstanding.
D.R Horton is one of the most awful companies. Go look it up, there are loads of issues with their builds and lawsuits regarding them. Furthermore, they subcontract out the HOA to random companies. But, ultimately D.R Horton sets the rules regarding the HOA. So, if you have any issues with rental properties with tenants, then good luck. This leads me to my biggest concern is rental properties in the neighborhood. D.R Horton doesn’t care if tenants damage your property. Cheaply built homes
Terrible HOA, now charging yearly fees of $800 to maintain grass, a pool area and charge you fees for your grass not being obviously trimmed and cut.
