I agree with that it is quiet inside the subdivision and my neighbors are great! The HOA has already increased their dues, and I have been there less than a year. They make too many "exceptions", and I don't understand why I pay dues when others can make a compelling argument as to why they don't have to comply. I bought a house in a HOA neighborhood on purpose. The warranty department is a mess and gives conflicting responses. Been here since April and I’m extremely disappointed in what is being allowed in this neighborhood. The superintendents don’t care to fix stuff. Campers being parked, dog breeds that aren’t allowed are allowed. Increase in dues since homes aren’t being sold. Quiet neighborhood nice neighbors.
