Destiny was very lovely to work with and made sure we got what we needed. She definitely advocates for the renter and th house who are looking for a safe home. As Lancaster is not the best for good housing, renting processes can be a bit excessive. Only negatives.. no pool as advertised and rent prices fluctuate for advertising. A 2 bedroom is now the price of my 1 bedroom.. right after we moved in...felt like a bit of a bait and switch... but my apartment is nice and cozy, and upgrading is an option. Destiny was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and was genuinely happy to assist us. She made the entire tour process smooth and enjoyable. Although we ultimately chose another place because they had a pool, our experience with Destiny was excellent and we would highly recommend her.
No roaches in building C at least in our apt, so that’s great. maintenance is responsive but not very good. We put in at least 5-7 reports about our shower being moldy & air pockets / leaking water and they would just re caulk it every time. Now that we are moving out they finally want to rip the whole shower out and replace it, which we’ve been asking them to do since we moved in… Baseboards in the bathroom were moldy as well and they did nothing about it and our toilet was being raised up with bottle caps when we moved in.... read more
The new manager Aaron sucks this is why we don’t even wanna stay here. Judy was the best manager ever been here for four years now and they really need To get someone else to manage this property way better his attitude sucks He’s definitely not a person you want to rent. Thank God, We are moving they overcharge people don’t even upgrade any apartments but want to keep on raising rent every single year and Let’s not talk about 3 to 400 electric bill every month Lancaster Green I am so over you
