I've only just moved in 1632 building. I'm not having a good first month.. The apartment had alot of maintenance issues overlooked. My shower leaks the countertops needed resurfacing. The laundry room has roaches that are in plain site.. And are in the hallway. Packages are being stolen or opened.. My upstairs neighbor balcony plucks there cigarette butts over there balcony so cigarette butts all the my patio and the entrance into the building.. I give this rating because there are things that need to be improved. First of all… the maintenance is not the best, secondly, security is not either because people who are not even from the condominium come in and walk around the hallways smoking, etc., etc., one last detail, the Laundry should remain closed and each resident should have a key to have access since sometimes the laundry has had its doors closed with people inside who no one knows who they are.
Chill environment and the maintenance team is lowkey the best
It has improved a lot. Excellent place to live. Quiet and beautiful.
