Terrible Living Experience – Do Not Move Here! From the moment I moved in, my apartment was infested with roaches. It was clear that this was a long-standing issue, not something new. To make matters worse, the carpets were filthy and had layers of roaches underneath them. Management tried to claim the carpets were “brand new,” but in reality, they had just been shampooed—an absolutely disgusting attempt to cover up the problem. 3/20/25 - Signed another lease... been here now for 2 years. I really like the ladies in the management office and maintenance is awesome... best crew around 🥰. 2024 - Ermes at MAA Kirkwood is an amazing person. He is always polite and very helpful. One day after he clocked out, he came and helped me with my garage issue. You can't go wrong with an employee like Ermes. Thank you for your professionalism, it is greatly appreciated. Mia
