So far extremely happy with staff and facility. Very clean facility and feels like home. Food is very good and staff treats our mom like family
They truly care about their residents and understand Alzheimer’s. It’s a relief to have my mother here.
Didn’t take care of my grandma. She was sick and they didn’t take care of her for her stay there.
My father was admitted to Villages of Jackson Creek Memory Care on 5/23/2017. From day one, he was treated with the utmost care. Unfortunately, Dad was placed on hospice care upon arrival. The hospice nurses and staff with ASCEND hospice were wonderful as well. Dad passed away on June 2, 2017. He never suffered for a moment, and was very well taken care of. My mom has been at the Villages of Jackson Creek Memory Care for a year now. It is wonderful to know that she is so well cared for by such competent and dedicated caregivers. Thank you to every single person who makes sure she is happy and loved every single day.
My father has been a part of the family of residents in The Villages since January 2013. My sister and I are grateful every day, for how well our beloved dad has adjusted to his new life. He is happy, and participates in nearly every single activity that is offered in his village, loving every moment. He is very well cared for, and feels he is loved by those around him. We are blessed, even in the midst of living with the devastating loss that alzheimers causes.
