Great job on new apts New appliances new flooring. Lots of space and storage for everything.
Villages at West Lake This is the first apartment I have ever lived in and the management is excellent here the ladies in the office work soo hard and they are nice. Couldn't ask for a better place to live. The property and apartments are clean. This is my first time ever leaving a review I just thought people should know that if you are looking for an apartment this is as good as it gets!!
They lie, they withhold your money after denying you and legal documents and then never answer you back. Absolutely worse people I've dealt with from any apartment and or landlords in Abilene.
Maintenance My garbage disposal is about to over flow in my floor and maintenance told me it wasn’t an emergency and that they will not pay them to fix it after hours ! I’m very loyal have always paid my rent on time this is beyond crazy I’ve never had a problem before
Horrible Place If I could give a Zero rating I so would. I have lived there for 6 years and have been treated like crap with their unprofessional staff for that long as well. I got out as soon as I could. Now that I am out they come up with charges that aren't close to even being accurate. Getting to talk to someone in office or regional is beyond impossible. Management etc New Management is horrible, unfortunately the complex was bought out by someone else in December. Management and everyone in that office is very rude, never unprofessional, doesn't care about anything or anyone, has people cutting the grass every 2 days, planting flowers etc at the office, making sure their apartments are taken care of asap. But when it comes to the actual tenants they cannot complete or ever get started on any maintenance request for months. They never answer their phone or return calls. And ... read more
Management Sucks In December Sunset Arbor got bought out by a new company. The Staff used to be very friendly and helpful. The new company fired everyone and hired new people. These people are very rude and are very unprofessional. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
Great Location I just moved into Sunset and find that the unit is all I hoped for, the staff was friendly and professional. I love the full size washer and dryer connections.
