The condos overall are in decent shape. Management co. Seems to be good. Big problems are with board. Always the same people running. Board is very secretive about ongoing lawsuit with former contractor. Much of this involved a previous mgt.company. A lot of owners' money has been spent with no resolution in sight. Board seems to want to drag this on no matter the outcome. This makes bank loans hard to come by. It also makes it hard to sell & move. Recommend removing board.
