I love living here, I pay $704 a month for a one bedroom. Update: I have been here one year and I still love where I live and my community. Everything I need is within 5 miles of my apartment. The only downside is our rent is being increased to $797 effective October 1st. Our rent goes by Hud schedules. I have given up my car because of this increase and I bought a monthly bus pass. ****Fraud and a SCAM*****Jennifer Martinez property mgr.Doing business out of this office under Salon Diva. She knew this was the case when I asked her how I would be notified when an apt was ready for me to move in.. I didn’t take the call because I don’t know anyone at a SALON DIVA! I waited over 7 months to move in and either called her or stopped in constantly to see where I was on the waiting list!
