We had the most awful experience renting through Villager property.. All other property managers seem to be able to play a better role in terms of service and relationship management between the landlord and tenant alike but Clare price and Courtney Rumble appeared to lack compassion, and basic common sense in all issues related to our tenancy. Thank you very much to Romana for your incredible service. I have personally been managed by several property managers over the years and all have been a similar poor quality in their service. There has been a huge differance in my experiance since Villiger have taken over and I would not hesitate to reccomend them. Ben the owner contacted me outside of hours several times when an emergancy occured and they both were contactable on their direct mobiles to assist with the matter until resolved. Very impressed and thank you.
