I can’t recommend Clare Price enough! She made my out-of-state move so smooth, from finding the perfect apartment to handling all the paperwork quickly and stress-free. What really stood out was her respectful, no-attitude approach, which is rare in a sea of agents who can be pushy or entitled. The most unprofessional and racist people you will ever meet! I was asked if I could afford it when I went to inspect a property in Merewether. The number of times this lady Romana had to remark “well, this is Merewether”. I had to tell her to stop by saying “I am very well aware of the location, I did just drive myself here.” As a chartered accountant I have never been quested my wealth or affordability. I will be steering my clients away from this agency.
Thanks very much to Clare (and owner Ben) for making renting easy in Newcastle, we have had nothing but professional and prompt communication from Clare during our tenancy and have always been made to feel that this is our home.
