I moved in August 8th and God knew my situation and choose these apartments. It's quiet. Ms Laurie is my angel and Mr James is a cool guy. Did a walk thru and so far so good. I'm in the right unit also. Love this city and location.
I’ve had a great experience living here. Being in Florida, it’s important to monitor mold and pest control. I can say I have had zero issues with either. Any requests I’ve presented have been resolved promptly. Laurie and James do a great job managing this place! Convenient location right off 98. It’s only 8 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to Destin.
