All around the living experience here was awful. We lived at the apartments for a year and had ZERO good experiences with the landlord Mrs.Laurie. She was always rude with us and nasty. The maintenance man James was the only good thing about living there, he was always promptly there to fix things and make things right. I had an issue with the company not giving me the right deposit back, I messaged Laurie and for the last three months have been waiting for the remainder money which is over $100! Sent two emails through their website and called twice, all on separate days over the course of 2 weeks, never heard anything back from any of the attempts Edit: Thanks for the reply from owner, unfortunately replying "please call even though you've called multiple times and we ignored it" does not help this situation

I moved in August 8th and God knew my situation and choose these apartments. It's quiet. Ms Laurie is my angel and Mr James is a cool guy. Did a walk thru and so far so good. I'm in the right unit also. Love this city and location.
