I cannot say enough good things about GHC and Cherrywood Manor, so get ready. The apartments aren't fancy, but theyre very comfortable. Closet space is a dream, apartments are spacious, and the entire property, inside and out, is super clean and well maintained. The landscaping is done so often you can set your watch by them. I appreciate the staff and team at GHC apartments a lot from their rental office staff, to their maintenance people, they are always so super nice and friendly, also they are quick to respond to maintenance requests when things come up. Would definitely recommend them if your looking to rent an apartment etc.
I was a tenet for almost 3 years. Fast and responsive maintenence crew. Nice and quiet neighbors. No issues with pests or critters. Fell behind financially and they were more than willing to come to an agreement to catch up. If I ever rent locally again, I will be contacting them first. 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
