Clean clean clean. Rented an apartment in the Yorkshire cluster for nearly 8 years. Throughout those years, we were treated extremely well. GHC has both maintenance and snow removal teams which is not something I have ever experienced while renting prior. Throughout those 8 years, a few issues arose which were dealt with the same business day or next day. Normal issues such as the central air unit kicking off due to a blown electronic/power board. My Husband and I used this rental company from 2021 to 2025 and we absolutely loved it. Peaceful, quiet, and clean. We rented their studio apartment and then eventually went to their 1 bedroom apartment. Both were excellent and the price was extremely affordable. The staff was always there to answer our questions on anything (special shoutout to Jessica!) and it felt like home during our duration there. We moved out of state now but I would recommend GHC a thousand times over.
I live here, maintenance crew is awesome.
