Great experience renting with GHC, have recommended several times.
The apartment complex is clean, quiet, and orderly. Very comfortable. Apartment management has made the experience exceptional. I'm super happy with my choice to live here.
The properties are well maintained. Management quickly corrects problems or maintenance requests. If something should happen to the property, management looks out for the tenant and tries hard to place them in another unit quickly. Not many landlords will do this!
