Amazing staff! I fell behind a little on rent and they were fully supportive, helpful and understanding while we worked together to pay my balance and keep a roof over my family’s head! The leasing office staff is very friendly & compassionate! Maintenance keeps up on all questions and repairs & work very efficiently and fast!
I rented a garage from a Craigslist ad, said large garage space and after endless email exchanges I asked to see the space multiple times but was always given a reason why I couldn't. Then the last email was Helen had someone else interested and needed a decision ASAP so needing a space I signed 6 month lease sight unseen. Never lived here nor rented here, but through the comments I can only assume, so to speak. It's not a bad place by the sounds of it, maybe they could use somebody like me to help assist in things they can't figure out from the maintenance point of view to possibly help them out.
