Office staff is super friendly , but this place claims to be 90% student housing but beware it is about 50 % students the rest I'm not quite sure . So parents beware not the best location and unless you get a newly remodeled unit they are quite dirty . My daughter had a newly remodeled one so we looked it over and were happy with it well about half way through her stay the resident roaches and rodents moved in . Couldn't get her out soon enough !!!
I just moved out of these apartments in October. Received a BILL instead of my deposit back. Took pictures of the entire apartment before I left. I gave my 30 days notice, never made a late payment, never had any complaints. They are trying to charge me $235 for CARPET CLEANING. Literally one room 8x10. They use Stanley Steemer, so I looked up how much it would be for a single room, for the full clean, protect, and deodorize package and guess how much they charge? $86.
