I was told by the lady’s in the office that the buildings don’t support any type of space heater and was blamed for not having proper heat in my apartment. Maintenance has taken over a month to fix my closet and god knows when they will come to fix their old radiator heater. The two lady’s in the front desk are rude and interrupt you with a question while you ask a question and expect you to answer first. I've been living here for 2 years and I love it. Neighborhood is safe. Excellent management team, alejandra and Jessica are great. Rent is decent. Great place
Lived here for about 4 years wasn’t bad at first till the ceilings started leaking water due to squirrels living in the attic. Then it kept growing mold and soaking the carpets in my kids room. So my kids had to live in a moldy room. Called them all the time to get the problem fixed. The maintenance people are the worst they just painted over it and then it kept getting worse.
