Pretty quiet place to live. They've been making regular updates and keep the outside well maintained. They're also quick to respond to any issues. Overall a decent place to live.
If you were to look up rental trap in the dictionary, this place would be the number one reference. I took care of my apartment for 3 years and when I left it was ready to move in the property manager Carrie made it sound like it was a dump when I left and that is absolutely not the case. I have the pictures to prove it but I won't escalate it because of the headache involved with it. So grateful to be out of that apartment. I would not recommend living here to anybody, not even my worst enemy
