These so called renovated apts are not. They painted over old worn cabinets and stuck new handles on them. They don't close.Don't let the pictures fool you. The appliances are also old and dented and painted over with black paint. The flooring that looks like wood is a rolled out laminate. The only air-conditioning for the entire 2 bedroom is one window unit only really dispose to cool 400 feet. So the apts are hot and costly on your electric bill. Living here is like living in a old ashtray. I was told at one time this place was section 8, and I'd believe it. I was told I had to sign my lease for my apartment sight unseen after I had put down a deposit to keep from losing the place. We lived four hours away so between working and a baby it was not easy to get back-and-forth. The previous office manager Jackie was a habitual liar.
