Nice place to walk, wonderful nature views, have hospital, shopping mall, exit to Hwy I-85, is Near Downtown Newnan, and is being improved every day. — in Newnan, Georgia.
Stop being bullies through CMA. Have an election for board members. Repair the common areas that are in worse condition than the homes you are threatening to fine $25/day for non-compliance. Rewrite the CCRs or enforce ALL CCRs. Follow the By-Laws as written including Roberts Rules of Parliamentary Procedure.
We have a HOA that works hard and there are a lot of great events planned!
